Issues were joined upon appellees amended complaint and answers in denial by the appellants. The cause was tried to a jury and the jury returned a verdict in the amount of $65,000, and judgment was rendered thereon. The defendant filed a motion for a new trial which was overruled by the trial court, and this appeal followed.
