ON DENIAL OF SECOND PETITION FOR REHEARING[Footnote *] This appeal presents issues concerning attorney fees. We are asked to decide whether the trial court made an adequate fee award to the prevailing parties in a contract action, and whether additional fees should be awarded to them on appeal. For reasons explained below, we vacate the trial court's fee award and remand for further consideration. We decline to award more attorney fees on appeal.
